Everything you need for Silent Failure Protection

Dead Man's Switch Heartbeats

Reverse-engineered alerting logic. Instead of waiting for a crash report, CronBeacon alerts you when expected actions do NOT happen. Perfect for backups, cron syncs, and data pipelines.

🔌

3-Second Integration

No SDKs or dependencies. Just append a simple `curl` request to the end of your bash script, Python job, or Go daemon.

🛡️

Grace Period Buffers

Prevent false alarms during network spikes. Set custom buffer windows to give your scripts extra time before triggers fire.

🔒

Multichannel Alerting Routing

Get instant notifications where your team already works: Discord webhooks, Slack integrations, Telegram bots, or traditional Email digests.

Simulate your Cron Monitoring instantly

Adjust the slider to set custom grace periods and trigger simulated cron job executions to see alerting mechanisms in action.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does dead man's switch monitoring work? +

Unlike traditional monitoring that pings an active endpoint, CronBeacon expects your background scripts to ping us. If a script fails to ping within its scheduled interval plus the grace period, our system detects the silence and immediately sends you an alert.

Can I monitor scripts running on local servers? +

Yes! Since the integration is based on a simple outgoing HTTP POST request (via cURL, fetch, etc.), you can monitor background tasks running anywhere — local servers, serverless functions, cloud VMs, or CronJobs.

Is there a limit to the number of monitors? +

No! The Pro License grants you lifetime access to create and manage unlimited heartbeat monitors with zero monthly subscription fees.
